The Andover Shop is committed to your satisfaction and accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA form inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
